Cancellation Policy

• A 50% non refundable deposit is required when booking your treatments.This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

• A reminder email will be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment detailing time and date.

• If you need to reschedule your treatment, your deposit may be transferred a maximum of two times with a notice period of 24+ hours.

• Unfortunately, cancelled or missed appointments will result in your deposit being forfeit.
